What You’ll Do
As the Master Scheduler – HVAC Fabrication, you’ll be the central hub for planning and coordinating production and shipping schedules to ensure 99% on-time delivery and an efficient, customer-focused operation. In this role, you will:

Develop, manage, and maintain a master production schedule that supports on-time delivery across all HVAC product linesPartner with Sales, Engineering, Purchasing, and Operations to forecast capacity and align with sales projections and strategic plansIdentify and resolve supply, demand, and capacity challenges while optimizing labor and equipment usageImplement and maintain visual scheduling systems on the production floor for clarity and accountabilityTrack in-process orders, address delays, and escalate potential risks to leadership promptlyEnsure timely closure of work orders and accurate ERP system settings for all parts and BOM dataMonitor and report manufacturing variances to leadership and FinanceMaintain adequate inventory levels to meet production demand while minimizing wasteLevel-load production schedules to avoid bottlenecks and maximize efficiencyCommunicate engineering changes impacting production or shipments to all relevant teamsContinuously assess scheduling procedures and ERP functionality, recommending and implementing improvementsSupport compliance with quality, safety, and process standards in all scheduling activities

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field preferredMinimum 5 years of scheduling experience in a high-volume, repetitive manufacturing environment (HVAC or sheet metal fabrication preferred)High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of Word and PowerPointERP system experience required; QAD experience strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across all levels of the organizationSolid understanding of supply chain processes, capacity planning, Lean Manufacturing principles, 5S, ERP systems, and BOM structuresProblem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results and customer satisfaction
