Position Summary

The Master Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating schedules, inventory, and resource planning across departments. You will help ensure production efficiency and customer satisfaction while supporting continuous improvement in planning and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities Act as the primary contact for Sales, Engineering, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams Align schedules and resources with customer requirements Manage raw material inventory based on current and projected demand Coordinate with Purchasing to ensure timely delivery of materials and subcontractor services Integrate sales orders and planning jobs into a master schedule Maintain and revise the master distribution schedule as production needs change Lead cross-functional planning and forecasting meetings Supervise and mentor an Assistant Scheduler Perform other duties as needed to support operational goals Qualifications Two-year technical degree required; four-year degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of experience in a scheduling or planning role, preferably in manufacturing Strong knowledge of supply chain and business operations Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with production planning systems; EPICOR ERP experience highly preferred Detail-oriented mindset and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Compensation and Benefits Weekly Pay with Performance-Based Merit Raises $45/day Per Diem for applicable travel assignments Quarterly Gainsharing Bonuses (50/50 company profit split) 10 Paid Holidays and Service-Based PTO On-Site Fitness Center & Medical Clinic Climate-Controlled Facility Company-Provided Uniforms & Safety Shoe Allowance Free Employee Coffee Relocation assistance for qualifying candidates Why Work at Trace-A-Matic?
