This Position reports to:

Planning & Fulfillment Manager
 

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy.

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Ensuring the interaction with a firm’s functional managers, and tracking and maintaining the forecast through timely and accurate feedback.Assembling master schedule report that encompasses performance against the business plan, shipment plan, inventory plan, and production plan.Identifying current planned level of demand and creating tactical production plans to meet the identified customer demand.Scheduling supply based on the product mix and providing accurate commitment dates to the customer service team across multiple product lines.

Qualifications for the roleYou are immersed in operations function in switchgear industryYou have 10 to 15 years of experience in Production Planning,  Material Planning, Forecasting and Inventory ManagementYou have experience in coordinating with cross-functional team for finalizing customer inspection (FAT), SAP Transactional activitiesPossess an enhanced knowledge of Switchgear productions and SAP-MM & PPDegree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering (should be full-time)You are at ease communicating in English
