Master Production Scheduler
**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + Evaluate and publish monthly shipment plan by product (POR-Presidents Operating Report) based on requirements. + Build and maintain the Master Plan for material and production capacity to meet customer demands and meet service level targets; PDSL (promise) 95%, RDSL (required) 90%, and LT 28 day average and late backlog levels, levels of late backlog to promise at 5% or less of the total and late to request at 7% or less of the total backlog for each period. + Review incoming orders to settle production line balancing conditions based on plan. + Work with sales, marketing, and manufacturing to determine projection, reviewing plan performance, and capacity plan (S&OP-Sales & Operational Planning). + Review and confirm Master Plan for S&OP. + Maintain material orders for product families with engineering changes. + Participate with purchasing on parts transitions plan (from supplier to supplier) to implement purchasing. + Give in maintaining appropriate inventory levels to support inventory goals and customer demand. + Review and maintain disposition of obsolete and excess inventory. + Determine if extended lead time of finished product is required based on material availability. + Support new product development with inventory entry plans. + Work with Engineering on the introduction of new products and design changes, defining effective/termination dates of modules in structures for correct projection of materials. + Analyze and update material planning parameters(Safety stock, kanban, min-max). **Who You Are:** You build and deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You develop others through coaching, feedback, exposure and stretch assignments. **For This Role, You Will Need:** + Bachelor Degree + Experience in Supply Chain + Bilingual 90% + proven experience (7yrs +) in material planning, material purchasing for manufacturing and/or supply chain. + Experience as a supervisor and/or Personnel management and administration. + Experience in Information management of planning, purchasing and production areas. + Experience in development and follow up of planning and operations area indicators. + Experience in SOP processes. + Availability and documentation to travel to USA **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** + Advanced knowledge of MS Office computer packages and MRP planning systems. + Excellent analytical and communication skills (verbal and written). + Proactive and with a sense of urgency. + Leadership, people management and teamwork skills. + Oracle system management desirable and ability to supervise operational indicators. + Knowledge in the interpretation of material structures, planning, sales forecasting and MRP systems. **Our Offer To You:** Benefits At Emerson we offer a competitive benefits package to recognize and support our employees.
