Execute planning actions to support service supply chain products throughout their lifecycle execute the relevant purchase plan with the relevant suppliers.Owns the Parts Availability, backlog and Inventory level performance KPI, Responsible to achieve a balance performance on parts availability, inventory level and cost and performance data analysisCreate robust forward looking materials plan which encompasses historical demand, new product demand signal and exceptional demand signal for purchase execution Manage the fine balance between new parts and repaired parts supply picture in the forecast plan to minimize materials cost and inventoryManage parts substitutions and quality issues with cross functional team to minimize impact to parts availability and inventory levelWork with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities on systems & processes enhancement activities l Ensure all Purchase Orders are executed at timely manner with appropriate acknowledgement responses from supplier/upstream l Execute shipment pull-in and push-out for demand surge and demand decline situationProduce supplier/upstream performance report such as past due, unacceptable ship dates...etc for corrective actions and management reviewsMonitor all shortage parts with extreme focus with quick actions to ensure fast recovery l Co-work with region team on country special project support

Job Requirements:
Bachelor and above, major in supply chain/logistics/mathematics or relative.Fluent English both listening, speaking, writing.Minimum 1~3 years of Supply Chain working experience, better Service Supply Chain Experience and Planning Experience.Technical skills in analysis, statistics and report development, with knowledge of Excel, PPT etc., VBA, SAP, SQL be preferred.Self-driven, data-driven, and have good communication and teamwork skills.
