Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Master Planning Engineer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient master production schedules, ensuring optimal resource utilization, and supporting the organization's overall supply chain strategy.

Develop and maintain master production schedules aligned with business objectives and customer demandAnalyze production capacity, inventory levels, and supply chain constraints to optimize resource allocationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy and production planning processesIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencyMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports for managementUtilize advanced planning software to simulate various production scenarios and make data-driven decisionsCoordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely material availability and production executionConduct regular reviews of production plans and adjust as necessary to meet changing market demands

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field10 years of experience in master planning or related field, preferably in manufacturing or production environmentsAdvanced proficiency in planning software such as SAP or OracleStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent data analysis and interpretation abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management toolsIn-depth knowledge of supply chain management principles and lean manufacturing conceptsExperience in developing and implementing production schedules and capacity plansExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProfessional certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP preferredUnderstanding of industry-specific production processes and supply chain dynamicsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
