About the Role 

We’re looking for a Master Planner to lead production planning for an assigned workcell. In this role, you’ll ensure smooth operations, accurate scheduling, and on-time delivery while mentoring planners. If you’re detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is for you! 

 

What You’ll Do 

Plan & Schedule: Create and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) in our ERP system to meet customer demand. 

Ensure On-Time Delivery: Monitor production schedules daily and adjust as needed to hit delivery targets. 

Optimize Resources: Analyze material and capacity requirements, resolve constraints, and keep operations efficient. 

Forecast & Control: Maintain accurate revenue forecasts and manage material liability. 

Collaborate: Work closely with manufacturing teams and customers to ensure readiness and smooth workflow. 

Lead EOL Strategy: Drive end-of-life planning and execution for products. 

Mentor Team: Support and guide Production Planners  

 

What We’re Looking For 

Education: Bachelor’s degree + 3 years experience (or equivalent). 

Preferred: Supervisory and HealthCare environment operations experience 

Skills: Strong knowledge of MRP systems, Excel, production planning, and supply chain processes. 

Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage complex schedules and ensure accuracy.
