Responsibilities:

Delivery Planning

Organize the operations capacity daily plan.Align all the necessary resources linked to the capacity and priorities.Prepare the shipping list for the next window.Adjust the shipping list according to priorities.Monitor and ensure the delivery of the daily shipping list.Escalate and lead in problem solving in cross functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Operations Planning for S&OP:

Organize the monthly cycle of the S&OP, with focus on operations planning.Anticipate the challenges and adjust the capacity that could affect the operations planning.Ensure the timely completion of each monthly cycle of S&OP.Checking and improving the adherence between the Demand and Supply process, and the Supply process itself.Responsible for the timely analysis, review and preparation of the operations planning for consolidation in the region and world-wide level.Seek continuous improvement of the tools and process for the Supply process.

Leadership and Coordination in the Region:

To serve as the reference for operations and delivery planning and execution for all related functions, and to coordinate with the other plants in the region.To help and coach other functions and plants in the setup and use of the different processes and tools.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and WW team.Provide regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders.Manage risks and resolve issues proactively.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related fieldMinimum 5-8 years working experience in equivalent functionKnowledge of industrial operations with strong analytical skillsProven experience in operations planning and customer delivery in a high-mix low-volume environmentDemonstrated leadership in managing direct/indirect cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
