Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Master Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Master Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Master Maintenance Technician

Location: Vancouver, WA

Pay Range: $42.26 to $44.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift 7am-5pm

What's the Job?

Maintain and repair production equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency. Develop and implement maintenance programs to optimize equipment availability. Diagnose failures and perform troubleshooting on machinery and electrical systems. Follow safety policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times. Assist engineers in diagnosing problems and suggest corrective actions.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree or vocational certificate preferred. Five (5) to seven (7) years of industrial experience. PLC experience and three-phase electrical knowledge required. Good oral and written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
