**Your main tasks and responsibilities:**
+ Plan, install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures in accordance with local codes and safety standards.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
+ Troubleshoot electrical systems and diagnose malfunctions or breakdowns using appropriate testing devices.
+ Ensure that all electrical work complies with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building regulations.
+ Assist and mentor journeyman and apprentice electricians.
+ Estimate time and material costs for electrical projects.
+ Maintain accurate documentation, including work orders, service reports, and inventory logs.
+ Work collaboratively with contractors, engineers, and other construction professionals.
+ Stay up to date on industry trends, code changes, and new technologies.
+ Willing to assist teammates in other trades when required.
+ Ability to operate forklifts and manlifts.
**To succeed in this role, you will need:**
+ Valid Texas Master Electrician license.
+ High school diploma or GED; technical training or associate degree in electrical systems preferred.
+ Minimum 7–10 years of electrical experience.
+ In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and equipment.
+ Strong understanding of NEC, local codes, and safety regulations.
+ Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team effectively.
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
+ Must have the require tools to perform expected tasks.
