The Master ECAD Designer is a recognized subject matter expert responsible for executing, reviewing, and guiding the most complex ECAD designs for high-reliability circuit card assemblies (CCAs) used in aerospace and communications systems. This role performs hands-on ECAD design and serves as a trusted authority in design standards, documentation practices, and ECAD tool usage. The designer plays a critical role in ensuring design quality, preventing costly errors through expert review, and mentoring designers across multiple programs and locations. While not responsible for project ownership or work assignment, the role significantly influences ECAD design quality, methodology, and technical excellence across the organization.
