Experience with maintaining large data sets, KPI's, and creating reports

Experience working with multiple Excel documents at once

Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Oversee the Customer Master team, setting both individual and departmental objectives.Evaluate and prioritize workloads, establishing clear deadlines.Serve as a backup for reviewing Customer Master changes in the absence of the Lead.Analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.Support Credit Review preparation by generating Sales Reports and entering credit limits into SAP.Monitor and review Customer Master (OV51) and Credit Limit (SALR) change logs.Ensure departmental SOPs are updated promptly and reviewed for accuracy.Perform SAP QA testing, including S/4 HANA implementation and Winshuttle enhancements.Lead and manage Customer Master projects, such as reviewing expired Net Terms.Utilize ClickUp to assign and track tasks effectively.Provide support to Accounting Management and contribute to ad hoc projects as needed.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $74000.00 - $74000.00/yr.
