Job Title: Master Data Manager

Job Description

Master Data is a foundational requirement of business agility, driving decisions that impact risk, revenue, value, and cost goals of the organization. The Master Data Manager will lead and drive activities related to Master Data Management, SAP enhancements, and sustaining utilization, making an immediate impact on the success of the business at a network scale.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee the Master Data Management organization, including budget responsibility.Define clear roles and responsibilities for the Master Data teams in the maturity journey.Coordinate and manage Master Data day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of end-to-end business processes.Streamline master data processes including creation, updates, and data clean-up.Drive resolution of Master Data issues and corrective actions.Maintain and improve Master Data quality and integrity.Analyze data for business needs and create specifications based on required or available data elements.Define and implement Master Data structure, standards, rules, and governance.Establish data owners and align and enhance data dictionaries across functions.Drive Master Data changes and lead communication efforts.Represent the Supply Chain Master Data Management group in corporate initiatives as assigned.Leverage and share best practices across the network.Develop and drive a strategy for Master Data maturity.Drive Master Data integration and modeling across systems such as SAP S4 (MAPLE).Ensure compliance with NFCM/SOX controls related to Master Data.Lead and drive Master Data adoption, including the development of a community of practice.Document Master Data and SAP processes, ensure process adherence, and drive continuous improvement.Coordinate and implement enhancements, provide end-user support and training.

Essential Skills

Bachelor's degree.Expertise in SAP and Master Data Management with at least 5 years of experience.Strong process design and implementation skills.Proficiency in MS applications.Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.Flexibility and adaptability.Cultural fit with the organization.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience within Supply Chain or Finance.3-5 years of managerial experience is ideal.Experience in pharma or biologics operations.GMP knowledge.Experience using Experian (MDM system).

Work Environment

The position is 100% onsite with standard business hours from Monday to Friday, offering flexibility on start times.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, Missouri.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.29 - $60.10/hr.
