The MDM Analyst will be responsible for ensuring Service Now requests are resolved in a timely manner and according to policies and guidelines. Support projects, prepares SOX Controls. **What you will do** + Ensure incoming requests are processed according to SLA and in compliance to guidelines and policies. + Identifies process standardization and continuous improvement opportunities. + Adopts and complies with process excellence methodology (lean six sigma, MDI, change control). + Works closely with different departments and proactively manages stakeholders. + Maintains a quality focus culture within the team. + Responsible for preparing the relevant SOX controls. + Ensure efficient, timely and satisfactory implementation of corrective actions for deficiencies identified by Associate Manager, Internal Control or Audit. + Creates and maintains internal processes and controls documentation. + Scope of Services: Items master data maintenance. **What you need** Required: + Fluency in English + Bachelor or HBO Degree in Finance/Business related subjects + A combined professional experience of 1 year is required in the areas of finance master data: items Preferred: + Lean or Six Sigma green/green belt is a plus + Service Now or similar workflow management tooling + ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) + Experience in a multinational or shared service center Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
