We are looking for a Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist to support Product Line Inventory Locations within the Subsea Products & Services business at Baker Hughes. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, governance, and availability across ERP systems, enabling effective Material Planning & Scheduling (MPS) operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EBS Master Data handling (most preferred) or at-least SAP, combined with a solid background in Material Planning and experience in large-scale data management within Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Product, Project, or Supply Chain environments.

As a Master Data Management (MDM) Planner/Analyst, you will be responsible for: 

Creating, maintaining, and governing master records for products, suppliers, customers, and inventory locations.

Ensuring data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across ERP systems (Oracle EBS/SAP).

Implementing data quality checks, cleansing, and deduplication processes to eliminate redundancies.

Supporting Material Planning & Scheduling (MPS) by providing reliable master data inputs.

Aligning master data with inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes.

Collaborating with planners to ensure timely availability of materials for subsea projects.

Consolidating and synchronize master data across ERP, CRM, PLM, and other enterprise systems.

Using analytical tools to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

Supporting forecasting, demand planning, and capacity planning through accurate data.

Working closely with global and regional teams to align master data processes with business needs.

Communicating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Contributing to building a new team culture that emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and innovation.

Adjusting to dynamic business requirements and working hours as needed.

Driving continuous improvement initiatives in MDM and material planning processes.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory).

Have 3–5 years in Master Data Management, ERP systems, and Material Planning.

Have a Strong background in Oracle EBS Master Data; SAP experience acceptable.

Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Have ability to handle large, complex datasets.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Have Deep understanding of MDM concepts: governance, data quality, integration, and synchronization.

Have ability to bridge technical ERP knowledge with business planning needs.
