**Job title** : Master Data Lead – Quality & Performance + **Location** : Hyderabad **About the job** **Main Responsibilities:** + Responsible for the architecture and data modelling of the DataLab . + Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems. + Work experience with data analytics tools, data visualization (PowerBI and PowerApps), data sourcing (Snowflake, SP List, Power Automate), data processing (dbt) - Mandatory. + Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) / LIMS – Optional. + Candidate should have strong development background in building tools for MDM, with good experience in coding. + Candidates from pharma, FMCG, or manufacturing site domains are preferred. + The role involves both development and operational responsibilities. + Experience with Microsoft tools like Power Automate and Azure is a plus. + Experience with tools such as Power BI, Snowflake, and SQL is required. **About you:** + **Experience** : Minimum 10+ years and 3+ years as Team leader in Master Data Management with knowledge of pharma industry (e.g., GxP). Work experience / educational background in supply chain mgmt. / logistics + **Technical Skills** Strong understanding of Master Data Management, data governance frameworks local processes, and site systems. Work experience with data analytics tools, **data visualization (PowerBI and PowerApps), data sourcing (Snowflake, SP List, Power Automate), data processing (dbt) – Mandatory.** Work experience with SAP ERP (ECC 6.0, S/4H) / LIMS **– Optional.** Mandatory English, preferably languages for key markets (French) + **Soft skills** : Lead and motivate the team to get better every day.
