This role is designed for professionals with a solid technical foundation who are looking to grow into people management responsibilities in the near future. You will be part of a team responsible for the governance and quality of customer master data, supporting strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence. This position provides exposure to local and global stakeholders, offering strong development opportunities both technically and as a future leader. **A day in the life of...** • Oversee operational routines related to Customer Master Data, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs; • Act as a point of contact for key internal stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Compliance teams; • Ensure data integrity and standardization across systems; • Identify and support process improvements and automation initiatives; • Assist in the technical development and upskilling of the team; • Prepare to take on people management responsibilities in the medium term. **What will make you successful** + Advanced English; + Familiarity with automation tools; + Knowledge of Master Data SAP is a plus; + Experience with continuous improvement or process optimization projects; + Soft Skills Communication & Service Orientation + Ability to work in a cross-functional environment + Graduated in Economy, Business Administration and others + Aligns the work of team members toward shared goals: manages individual tasks and responsibilities that are aligned with the overall objectives of the team or organization to promote synergy and collaborative envirolment; + Measures progress and results and ensures accountability; + Addresses difficult issues on time; + Develop relationships with key decision-makers; + Encouraging a culture of continuous improvement by critically evaluating existing practices and processes, and seeking opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
