As the Master Data CPM in GBS you will be responsible for:
Team Leadership & Development:- Inspire and mentor a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of trust, collaboration, and reliability
- Develop and implement talent retention strategies, succession planning, and growth opportunities
- Play a key role in recruiting top talent and ensuring an exceptional onboarding experience
- Drive career and performance development by coaching and empowering your team members Operational Excellence:
- Balance speed and precision by ensuring timely and accurate transaction processing and reporting
- Continuously improve processes through data analysis, KPIs, and innovative problem-solving
- Champion customer satisfaction by delivering solutions that exceed expectations Compliance & Control:
- Guarantee adherence to JTI’s policies, procedures, and JSOX compliance requirements
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and address queries from internal and external auditors Stakeholder and Project Management:
- Make impactful business decisions that align with GBS’s strategic priorities
- Collaborate with GBS leadership, internal customers, and cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals
- Drive excellence in corporate and GBS projects while fostering strong working relationships Dynamic Problem Solving:
- Be a proactive problem-solver who thrives under pressure and continuously adapts to challenges
- Guide your team to overcome obstacles and leverage opportunities in a fast-changing environment
What We’re Looking For:
Education: University degree in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or related fields Experience: 5+ years in Master Data; 3+ years in leading and managing diverse teams Leadership: A proven track record of building, coaching, and motivating high-performing teams Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to establish strong relationships with partners Problem-Solving: Analytical, critical thinking, and risk anticipation skills are a must Multitasking: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varied stakeholders Technical Skills: SAP experience and a strong understanding of Master Data processes. Adaptability: A knack for thriving in dynamic environments and an openness to lean practices Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken)
