Master Data Specialist - SOAR

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated contracted employee to join our governance team, supporting Master Data initiatives in preparation for an ERP implementation. This role primarily involves remote work, but the candidate should be local to the St. Louis or Illinois area to work out of the office one day every other week.

Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Quality Manager to obtain and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) details.Analyze and ensure the completeness of information received from various sources.Transform data from Excel sheets into a format compatible with internal systems.Address and resolve inconsistencies in master data across different plants.Assist in the centralization and clean-up of master data.

Essential Skills

Experience with production data sets including BOMs, recipes, and quality metrics.Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including the use of pivot tables and lookups.Strong numerical and data set analysis skills.Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

ERP experience is a plus.Bachelor's degree is a plus.Experience in a manufacturing-based company is beneficial.

Work Environment

This position is primarily remote with a requirement to be present in the office one day every other week. Candidates must be located in the St. Louis or Illinois area. The role is estimated to last 6 to 9 months but may extend.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Edwardsville, IL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
