Master Data Associate/Sr Associate with German 

 

Your Tasks and Responsibilities:

Assist in the processing of incoming standard requests related to Business Partner Master Data.Support the validation of incoming requests for accuracy and completeness.Help prepare and analyze master data reports.Ensure compliance with master data standards and procedures.Update and create relevant documentation for master data.Assist in identifying and escalating issues as needed.Participate in migration and roll-in projects as a supportive team member.Perform routine controls and assist in audits related to master data processes.Contribute to process improvements and maintain documentation.Support training sessions and workshops for the Master Data Team.Collaborate with team members and participate in meetings with other departments.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Apply basic LEAN principles in daily tasks to promote efficiency.

Who You Are:

Ability to engage with stakeholders and communicate effectively at various levels.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Basic understanding of industry practices and needs.Attention to detail and a reliable work ethic.Ability to work in a dynamic environment and make sound decisions.Interest in process optimization and continuous improvement.Familiarity with project management concepts.Fluency in English; knowledge of German is mandatory at least at a B2/C1 level.Basic knowledge of Power Automate or similar tools.Basic knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.Understanding of SAP and digital communication tools (e.g., Teams).
