You play an important role in REA (Recycling Administration) department, maintaining data & systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection and ensure its accuracy. You will be maintaining needed Recycling Administration (REA) master data for more than 27 countries in MEU region
**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.
+ Develop and maintain databases, data systems and processes to support data quality and integrity.
+ Implement data governance practices to meet compliance standards and best practices.
+ Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation in data management.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and provide timely solutions.
+ Perform ad-hoc analysis and support business objectives.
+ Ensure data security and confidentiality at all times.
+ Manage data documentation for efficient retrieval and reference.
+ Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS.
+ Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on REA CI activities.
+ Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
+ Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.

+ Role will be maintaining needed Recycling Administration (REA) master data for more than 27 countries in EU region.
+ REA master data are dependent on various number of different inputs and systems SAP-PLM, SAP-ECC BoM and other teams inputs.
+ Role will provide also gap analysis, initiation of the error resolution and ensuring data savvy.
All the above need to lead towards correctly prepared SAP-REA upload files, being uploaded on time and on quality.
+ Increased data accuracy by optimizing Master data.
+ Strong facilitation and communication skills to support team discussions on CI activities.
+ Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
+ Mastery of Excel and other data analytics tools.
