Short Description

 

The Master Campus Plan Clinical and Operational Liaison is a project ambassador who understands, supports, and communicates overall project vision, objectives, guiding principles, and goals. Responsible for engaging staff, capturing feedback and input from clinical, ancillary, and support stakeholders related to MCP. This critical role advocates for all stakeholders and validates assumptions. As design options are evaluated, identifies impact to current models, workflows, and processes, and works with clinical, operational, and administrative leadership to achieve consensus and facilitate decisions that impact design, workflows, and future operations

Overview

The Master Campus Plan Project Liaison: 

Acts as a project ambassador to build consensus with leadership and front-line staffAttend various department/unit meetings to present, inform and update stakeholders about MCP 
and current on-going projects that support the overall final campus visionWork closely with project/design team to facilitate communication and decision-making between 
design team and clinical, ancillary, and support leadership related to the MCPMeet regularly with SVP Hospital Operations to discuss any MCP updates and to review 
completed and scheduled communication meetingsAttend and actively participate in MCP steering committee meetings throughout project acting as 
the voice of the key organizational stakeholders – understanding their requests and making 
recommendations to the steering committee to help facilitate decision makingEnsure full engagement and team member inclusion across the enterprise, making sure the right 
team members are included in meetings and are participating by attending and being engaged 
during the meetingAlong with the VP of Planning Design and Construction, provide key insight, guidance, and 
support to project team during user group meetings, acting as the guiderail, aligning end user 
direction with project vision, objectives, guiding principles and goals and tracking decisions that 
need to be made by the steering committee or project executiveWorks closely with project communications team, operations and logistics team, and other 
project related teams to support project awareness and project engagementLead the transition team assisting the individual department leadership with their preparations 
for inspections, operational readiness, and move planning, bringing consistency across all 
departmental relocationsOther duties/responsibilities in support of Master Campus Plan Experience Required Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in clinical operations leadership. Direct patient care experience helpful.Experience leading major projects and/or organizational initiatives helpful. Lean Six Sigma,Performance Improvement experience helpful.Expertise with Microsoft Suite. Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree required

Special Requirements Knowledge, experience, and success managing projects with multiple stakeholdersExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills are required, ability to work across 
multiple disciplines, levels, and backgroundsStrong oral and written communication skills requiredAbility to manage multiple priorities, utilize effective time management skills, and 
exercise sound administrative judgementUnderstanding of regulatory landscape and ability to understand complex documents.
