Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Help patients and survivors overcome the obstacles in appearance caused by treatments or surgery.Provide service and select products designed for the patient’s needs.Ensure that all areas of the center runs smooth and effectively by assisting all those that visit and volunteer.Helping the manager achieve the goals necessary to build a successful appearance center.Computer skills/able to understand all aspects of Retail Software.Compassionate/Dependable/Good Listening skills. Works to secure Patient/Customer satisfaction.Good Retail skills.Polished, professional in Appearance.Love of patients and interaction with patients, family members and loved ones.Self-Starter/Independent thinker.Enthusiastic and Motivated.Attend Trade shows, Health Fairs, Other promotional functions when necessary.Help with Year-end Inventory.Willing to receive on-going education and training.Able to perform opening and closing when necessary.Flexible with the work shift.Work effectively with Manager and Volunteers.Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
