We are hiring an Massive Training Program Manager to implement new and existing massive training initiatives integrating AWS Training and Certification (T&C), Educational Programs, academia, commercial and public sector customers, while working in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, customer obsessed, passionate about developing talent, and has a strong track record designing and executing impactful education/training programs. The Enablement Manager, Latam excels at collaborating cross-functionally, driving influence, and successfully managing multiple projects at the same time.
The position will report into the Head of Busines Development for Latin America and work closely with Commercial & Public sectors leaders, including: Country and Account Managers, AWS T&C, AWS Education to Workforce, Educational Programs (re/Start, AWS Tech U), marketing and PR teams to meet customers and market training demands.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop training plans for specific customers, markets and initiatives
• Introduce new approaches to training to expedite talent development in the region
• Be the point of contact for customers, help gather requirements and resources needed
• Coordinate internal & external stakeholders to drive successful execution of training plans
• Establish metrics and tracks progress
• Work with stakeholders to deliver knowledge and enablement process improvements
• Leverage analytical approaches to uncover new insights and formulate recommendations; drive action planning based on these insights
• Participate in business reviews, provide monthly, quarterly and ongoing updates.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years program management experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• 5+ years collaborating in cross-functional, multinational, and high-performing teams
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
Preferred Qualifications
• 5+ years in education management or training enablement roles
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Experience using data and analytics to formulate sound program objectives, managing projects, solving business problems, and driving business process improvements
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to various technical, business stakeholder, and leadership audiences
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Ability to independently operate and lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
