A leading Consumer Healthcare company is seeking a results-driven Mass Market Representative with proven experience in the FMCG or retail pharmacy space. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong field execution skills, a passion for consumer health, and the ability to drive visibility and availability of products across mass market channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit channel-specific outlets regularly to ensure product availability in collaboration with distributor teams.Deploy company Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) across assigned outlets.Oversee and support the execution of company activations within the designated channel.Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales, stock levels, and market activities.Gather and report market insights and competitor activities to inform strategy.Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a degree is an advantage.At least 3 years’ experience in the FMCG environment.Fluency in English required for the recruitment process and recruitment documentationPrevious experience working in retail pharmacy is beneficial.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.Must be a resident of the country in scope and legally able to work there.Why Join Us?
