At JTI Dagmersellen, we are looking for young talents to join our MAS Trainee Program. This role offers a hands-on introduction to how materials, planning, and production come together in a highly automated and innovative factory environment.

 

What You’ll Do

As a MAS Trainee, you will:

Support material availability planning for manufacturing operations Analyze production plans and forecasts to support material requirements Monitor inventory levels and help optimize stock targets Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams Support suppliers and track deliveries to ensure smooth production flow Contribute to lean manufacturing, automation, and continuous improvement projects Use data and digital tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI) to support planning decisions

 

Who We’re Looking For

You are a great match if you:

Recently graduated (or are about to graduate) in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field Confident working with Excel and data-driven tools; SAP and Power BI knowledge is an advantage. Are eager to learn, proactive, and not afraid to ask questions Enjoy working with data, processes, and cross-functional teams Are comfortable in an international environment Speak English fluently (German is a strong plus)
