You will assist clients in optimizing their use of ADP Workforce Now, ensuring accurate payroll processing, compliance with labor regulations, and seamless system navigation. Your role requires strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution. Education: Open to undergraduate candidates and career shifters. Customer Service experience is an advantage but not required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Soft Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple cases while ensuring high-quality service. A client-focused mindset with attention to detail.
