Education Bachelors Degree in any quantitative discipline such as Information Systems, Finance, Statistics, Operations Research, Mathematics or Engineering Essential Qualifications and Experience: Overall 4-6 years of professional experience 3+ years of professional experience in business intelligence or data analysis on large databases Strong proficiency in SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools with data mining experience Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses Experience with visualization technologies such as Tableau, PowerBI, Quicksight, OBIEE, or QlikView Advanced proficiency with Excel, Access, SQL, and Python or other scripting languages Experience supporting small to medium sized projects involving complex data sets and high variability Strong critical and analytical thinking; ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems Self-driven, ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Meticulous attention to detail Strong bias for action; ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to roll up the sleeves and do what is necessary to meet team goals
