Insight Global is seeking a MarTech Program Manager to lead a high-impact strategic initiative aimed at optimizing the marketing data strategy and deliver lasting improvements across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in project planning and execution, including auditing existing CDP and MDP environments, mapping integrations, and identifying system overlaps. This role also involves evaluating data flows across platforms, documenting usage patterns, and uncovering inefficiencies or redundancies. The Program Manager will be responsible for compiling findings into clear, actionable reports and presentations, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive meaningful transformation.

Skills and Requirements
· Demonstrated success leading end-to-end MarTech transformation initiatives, from strategy through execution
· Skilled in developing and managing detailed project plans, particularly for auditing complex marketing technology ecosystems
· Deep expertise in Marketing Technology, including hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Data Platforms (MDP), and their integrations
· Strong analytical capabilities to assess data flows across platforms, identify inefficiencies, and document system overlaps
· Proficient in creating structured reports and presentations, translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
· Effective collaborator across marketing, data, and technology teams, aligning stakeholders around shared goals and execution plans · Proven experience driving Marketing Technology initiatives within the telecommunications industry
