As a Martech Product Owner Associate in the CIB Marketing Platform portfolio, you will own the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, supporting and acting as Product Owner for Marketing Automation when needed. You will drive initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout, ensuring operational readiness and clear decision gates. You will lead vendor evaluations and onboarding, standardize intake and release playbooks, and coordinate integrations, SLAs, and change management. You will align stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Technology, Data, Risk, Legal, and Controls, track KPIs and product metrics, and deliver executive-ready updates on progress, risks, and trade-offs. Together, we create marketing solutions that resonate with institutional audiences and drive business outcomes.

 

Job ResponsibilitiesOwn the Marketing Platform roadmap and book of work, aligning priorities to business outcomes, dependencies, and timelinesTranslate business outcomes into clear stories and acceptance criteria; act as Product Owner when neededStandardize intake and release playbooks for consistent executionScale initiatives from proof of concept to pilot to rollout with defined gates, adoption plans, enablement, and operational readinessLead vendor evaluations and onboarding, coordinating due diligence, SLAs, metrics, integration design reviews, and change managementCollaborate across Martech, Product, Technology, Data, and Controls to remove blockers and drive crisp decisions and trade-offsDefine and track KPIs and product metrics, including adoption, activation rates, uplift versus baseline, cycle time, and qualityRun post-launch reviews and reprioritize based on outcomesPrepare executive-ready updates and decision memosPresent progress, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholdersCoordinate integrations and change management across teams

 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsSignificant experience in product ownership, product management, or Martech delivery in enterprise/B2B settingsHands-on agile execution (Scrum or Kanban) with strong story writing and backlog management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable making data-driven trade-offs and setting measurable success criteriaExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills; confident presenting to senior audiences and simplifying complex topicsEffective partnership with Risk, Legal, InfoSec, and ControlsProficiency with Jira and Confluence or equivalent tools; disciplined documentationDetail-oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience working with cross-functional vendor teams in highly regulated environmentsExperience with at least one enterprise Marketing Automation platform (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Braze, or Marketo)Exposure to customer data platforms, audience segmentation, and journey orchestrationFamiliarity with APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns; basic SQL or data queryingExpertise in A/B testing and messaging channels (email, push, in-app, SMS)Cloud experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure)Progressive delivery and release management experience
