As a Risk Consulting Colleague working within Marsh Advisory:
You will assist clients in mitigating risks, developing recommendations, and supporting project deliverables through research, analysis and proposal development.
Potential business placements include: Emerging Risk Solutions, Enterprise Risk Management, Claims Advocacy, Complex Liability Claims, and Casualty Claims Consulting
As a Technical Risk Consulting Colleague working within Marsh Advisory:
You will be a consulting specialist responsible for the evaluation of risk scenarios, preparation of reports and presentations for clients.
Potential business placements include: Property Risk Consulting, Valuations Service, Workforce Strategies, Cat Modeling, Analytics Solutions and Data Science
A TYPICAL DAY COULD INCLUDE:
Help clients mitigate risks, recoveries, and reduce total risk costs.
Perform research and analysis, develop presentations and project materials
Support proposal writing and pitch development.
Analyze client risk profiles and present tailored recommendations.
Develop data-driven tools for risk evaluation.
Perform quantitative modeling and statistical risk assessments.
Identify strategies to minimize risk costs and volatility.
Forecast risks, losses, and impacts through scenario testing.
Collaborate to design models and processes for risk quantification and mitigation.
WHAT WE VALUE

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Current Seniors with an expected graduation date between December 2025 to June 2026
Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 (3.5 preferred)
Majors preferred: Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Occupational and Environmental Health Sciences, and Environmental Sciences (core focus in Occupational Health and Safety)
Location: Chicago / New York (Hybrid-based Schedule: at least 3 days in office per week)
Must have legal work authorization in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future, in other words, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card holder at the time of application
