Job Responsibility:

Daily operation: Build smooth collaboration with cross functional teams and external customers to streamline the E2E daily operation process and drive the supply chain areas excellence for order managementCollaborate with cross functional team to implement E2E order fulfilment from pre-season, in season until to post season, including no limited: order taking of pre-season, in-season OB order processing, goods return of post-season, ensure SAP data reconciliation and compliance process.Act as the voice of Converse Marketplace to drive within Supply Chain team to secure service delivery with quality and influence capability development continuously. Monitor and manage order fulfillment performance against service level agreements. 

Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):

Above 5 years’ retail operation/supply chain experience in FMCG; Ability to work across multiple functions and drive action via the consensus and alignment with multiple internal cross functional key stakeholders & external customers.Good knowledge on SAP and BI operation, and with excellent Excel skill setupFluent English both written and spoken.
