Marketplace Partner Manager

We’re looking for profiles who are energized by change, skilled in change management, and eager to make their mark in a constantly evolving landscape. **Role Overview:** In this position you will drive the end-to-end onboarding of Marketplace Partners across ADP eligible system(s). You will be accountable for project plans, coordinating all stakeholders (external Partners, Marketplace Integration team, Business Development team, Sales, GSO and more…) to deliver on milestones, proactively flagging risks, and ensuring successful launches. **Profile** : You are highly organized, structured, and project-driven, with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Clear, proactive communication is essential—both with external partners and internal teams. You thrive in cross-functional environments, bringing people together to achieve results and keeping projects on track. Adaptable in changing situations, you anticipate challenges and adjust plans as needed. Your strategic mindset helps you see the bigger picture, ensuring project goals align with broader business objectives. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** • Own and manage multiple partner onboarding projects from initiation to launch, ensuring all project steps, deliverables, and deadlines are met. • Serve as the primary point of contact for partners during onboarding, maintaining regular communication and resolving issues. • Coordinate activities across internal stakeholders (Bus. Dev, Integration, Sales, GSO, Client support) to drive progress and remove blockers. • Monitor project risks, escalate issues, and maintain accountability for project outcomes. • Track progress, document milestones, and report on partner onboarding status and success. • Leverage technical understanding of APIs/integrations to facilitate smooth partner enablement (not hands-on coding, but able to discuss integration requirements). • Build strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external partners. **REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:** • 3+ years in project management, ideally with partner management experience. • Proven track record managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders. • Strong organizational, communication, and risk management skills. • Technical background or experience with integrations/APIs preferred. **PERFORMANCE KPIs:** • Number of partners successfully onboarded and launched • On-time delivery of onboarding milestones • Stakeholder satisfaction and risk mitigation effectiveness **A little about ADP:** We are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
