What you’ll do
Lead and drive innovative technical engagements on the Technology Alliances and Marketplace team, contributing to customer proposals and strategies that highlight the value and cost savings of Marketplace apps and content.Facilitate formal and informal technical and functional Guidewire integration architecture discussions, ensuring alignment with customer and partner needs.Collaborate with partners and internal teams to establish joint technical integration strategies, manage project dependencies and risks, and define success criteria.Provide technical support for the Guidewire InsurTech Vanguard program, serving as the program’s technical arm.Navigate ambiguity and evaluate complex situations, making data-informed decisions and aligning stakeholders to drive shared goals.Continuously assess and evolve key areas for improvement, implement scalable solutions, and foster a culture of continuous improvement that increases efficiency, execution quality, and team collaboration.Identify, manage, and coordinate dependencies and integrations across projects, teams, and systems to ensure smooth execution and alignment.Facilitate program governance by identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing risks, and developing mitigation and contingency plans.Build and maintain detailed program and project schedules, highlighting key tasks, milestones, and critical paths across multiple teams.At Guidewire, we foster a culture of curiosity, innovation, and responsible use of AI—empowering our teams to continuously leverage emerging technologies and data-driven insights to enhance productivity and outcomes.What you’ll bring
Required
Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.4 to 7 years of experience working on Guidewire-related projects, with expertise in PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter.Experience with Guidewire cloud services such as APD and Jutro; experience with Guidewire Data Platform is a plus.Strong understanding of P&C insurance domain concepts and experience with core Guidewire implementations for P&C insurance customers.Experience working with cloud technologies and familiarity with agile tools and concepts.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Monday, or other project tracking and reporting tools is a plus.Fluency in Japanese language is a strong plus.Preferred
