Responsibilities The Opportunity This role acts as a strategic transformation partner within the Global Marketing organization, focused on identifying, evaluating, and recommending opportunities to digitize and modernize content operations. Functioning as an internal consultant, this role maps the end-to-end creative process, identifies inefficiencies and frames business opportunities through the lens of content technology, AI, and marketing resource management. This role develops business cases, builds strategic narratives, partners with teams to pilot innovations, and works with the AI Council and marketing leaders to gain alignment and approvals. It serves as a connector between business vision, operational gaps, and emerging tech, elevating how content is planned, produced, and activated at scale. Ensure content technology strategies elevate creative excellence while remaining aligned with brand equity and consumer relevance. Your Impact As Marketing Transformation & Content Tech Sr Manager your scope would consist of • Map and diagnose the global creative and content supply process to identify inefficiencies, overlaps, and areas for digital enablement • Lead opportunity assessments for content technology innovation (MRM, AI, DAM, creative tooling) with a focus on high-impact, scalable solutions • Explore opportunities to enable personalized content delivery at scale through AI-driven insights and modular content assets. • Partner with Global Marketing to shape innovation pilots, provide strategic framing, and define success criteria—without directly owning implementation • Develop compelling business cases and strategic narratives for investment in content technology transformation, aligned with marketing priorities • Work cross-functions to ensure strategic alignment and secure approvals for tech integration • Create executive-ready decks and frameworks to articulate the transformation vision, market opportunity, and enterprise value • Benchmark content operations against industry best practices and identify modernization levers based on consulting-style diagnostics • Ensure new capabilities are positioned to scale, advising on change impact, enablement needs, and future-state operating models • Partner with capability building and change management teams to support the global adoption of new content technologies and ways of working. Qualifications ¿Who Are We Looking For? 8–12 years of experience in marketing transformation, consulting, or digital strategy. Deep understanding of content operations and creative processes in global organizations. Familiarity with content tech stacks (DAM, MRM, GenAI, creative automation tools). Proven ability to develop strategic roadmaps and business cases for enterprise marketing. Advanced English proficiency, as the role requires frequent interaction with global teams and senior stakeholders.
