For our Drives Division, we are looking for a Marketing Trainee to support marketing initiatives, enhance customer engagement, and participate in the development of innovative campaigns, learning tools and strategies in a dynamic and stimulating environment.
What You’ll Be Doing Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, and email activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Create, adapt, and validate marketing materials and graphic assets for internal use and co-marketing with partners, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy. Collect, review, and analyze marketing data to provide insights that support decision-making and improve campaign effectiveness. Coordinate and support events and initiatives at local and international levels, collaborating with internal teams and external partners and assisting with logistics and execution.What We're Looking For Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field. Basic understanding of marketing principles and project management; eagerness to learn how to plan, prioritize, and manage tasks effectively. Familiarity with marketing tools, digital channels, and content creation principles; basic knowledge of graphic design and branding guidelines is a plus. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with clear written and verbal communication. Customer-focused mindset, with an interest in understanding customer needs and creating value. Basic knowledge of products and applications in the Drives Division, with willingness to develop expertise. Strong proficiency in both Italian and English, written and spoken.
