**In this position...**
Lead Marketing Communication strategy development plans for brand, nameplate, and other initiatives within Ford Blue business unit, aligning business objectives with marketing priorities.
**What you'll do...**
+ Integrated Marketing Planning: Develop annual integrated marketing plan in accordance with business objectives, brand strategy, and vehicle launches, collaborating closely with all agency partners.
+ Strategic Planning & Projects: Lead high priority strategic projects (e.g., brand strategy, nameplate strategy, customer/lifestyle deep-dives, etc.) from concept to execution.
+ Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive cohesion among marketing functions (creative, interactive, retail, social, events, agency) and other stakeholders (e.g., GM, brand, sales, finance) to develop and execute strategic plans
+ Briefs and Campaigns: Lead the briefing process and/or consult on all briefs to ensure initiatives have a business-driven purpose and clear, measurable objectives
+ Strategic Insights & Action: Partner with Marketing Intelligence, GDI&A, GCI and other stakeholders to uncover important insights and translate those insights into business decisions and actions
+ Brand Steward: Act as a brand steward to ensure consistent and cohesive application of strategy (cascades the strategy and acts as an ongoing resource throughout development).
**You'll have...**
+ 5+ years of Marketing communications experience.
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
**Even better, you may have...**
+ A proven track record for coordinating and leading marketing campaigns, brand strategy and marketing ops
+ Superb technical skills including Excel, Word and Power Point
+ Outstanding written & verbal presentation skills required for external / media & Senior Management interaction
+ Ability to simplify complex issues, develop compelling point of view, persuasively make case for change, drive action
+ Overall business acumen and ability to develop innovative strategic and tactical actions
