Marketing Strategist / Demand Generation - INTL LATAM

Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and data-informed Marketing/Demand Generation Strategist to design and execute programs that convert awareness into meaningful engagement and qualified opportunities. This person will play a key role in translating our Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy into actionable, measurable demand generation plans.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in B2B demand generation and knows how to build a connected buyer journey; one that nurtures target accounts from cold outreach to discovery call. They understand both the art and science of marketing: how to pair content strategy, paid media, email, and social channels into a cohesive path that educates and engages decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
• Strategy Development
o Deeply understand our ideal customer profile (ICP) — industries, roles, pain points, and motivations.
o Audit existing marketing and sales assets to identify gaps, strengths, and opportunities to better support the buyer’s journey.
o Develop a multi-touch demand generation framework that guides target accounts from awareness to interest to engagement.
o Define how outreach, content, retargeting, and nurture efforts work together to create a cohesive ABM experience.
• Campaign Design & Execution
o Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director, Pardot Admin, Social Media Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Copywriter, and the Strategic Account Business Development role to build and execute integrated campaigns.
o Translate strategy into actionable plans with clear stages, messaging, and conversion goals.
o Partner with the content and creative teams to ensure assets support each step of the buyer’s journey.
o Define and optimize conversion points — from first touch to booked meeting.
• Measurement & Optimization
o Establish KPIs for demand generation success (e.g., engagement rate, account activation, pipeline contribution).
o Work with the Pardot Admin to track, measure, and report campaign performance by account, persona, and channel.
o Analyze campaign data to identify what’s driving awareness, engagement, and conversions, and use those insights to refine strategy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Partner with the Strategic Account Business Development lead to ensure alignment between marketing programs and outreach strategy.
o Serve as the bridge between content, paid, and automation efforts, ensuring every channel contributes to the same journey.
o Provide strategic direction to campaign contributors and ensure all deliverables reinforce the ABM strategy.

Skills and Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally within professional services, financial services, or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and how to operationalize them through multi-channel campaigns.
- Ability to map and optimize buyer journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Experience designing and measuring multi-touch campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (Pardot, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
- Exceptional analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
- Fluent in English - Experience specifically with Salesforce CRM/Pardot
- Experience running ads
