Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Marketing Specialist to join our team! In this role you will supports the development and execution of marketing and communication strategies to promote the organization’s initiatives. This includes content creation, digital marketing, media relations, event coordination, and campaign support to enhance brand visibility and stakeholder engagement .

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and public relations strategies

Coordinate media relations and manage basic media outreach

Manage and update website and social media content

Draft press releases, blog posts, and promotional materials

Support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and conferences

Track and report on marketing campaign performance and engagement metrics

Maintain marketing databases and content libraries

Monitor industry trends and provide insights for campaign improvements.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field

2–4 years of relevant marketing of experience (B2B or government sector preferred)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience in managing digital platforms and content creation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a team-first mindset
