The Marketing Specialist sits within the LAB Events, Communities and Alumni team, reporting to the Senior Manager team lead. The role will be focused 45% on alumni events, relationship excellence, programme management. The remaining 55% will cover client community programmes and events, alongside wider UK events. Occasional travel is a requirement for this role.\u202F

What will you do

As a successful candidate, you will work closely with the Senior Manager - Alumni, Events & Communities (line manager) in executing and measuring the success of alumni engagement and client community events programmes which directly respond to LAB\u2019s commercial priorities and showcase the best of BCG to our alumni and client audiences across our three offices \u2013 with a particular UK focus. You will support these activities by:\u202F
End-to-end event delivery, including invites, venue sourcing, devising briefing decks, coordination and logisticsDevising content and topics to include in event delivery and post-event comms\u202F\u202FSupporting relationship excellence of alumni and client community audiencesCoordination of key alumni initiatives including internal and external communications\u202FTake a data-led approach by using it to inform programme management, maintenance and reporting.Alumni and client research and lead generation\u202FPlease note this position is not restricted solely to the responsibilities listed above and that the job scope and responsibilities are subject to change
