Marketing Specialist
**RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Four Main Responsibilities:** 50% - Support manage MND RED social media 20% - Support Marketing campaign execution & in-site media synergy 20% - Support Marketing assets development 10% - Competitor analysis **Major Responsibilities/Activities:** + Work with social/media agencies on RED social media content including KOL/KOC selection, monthly spot plan, KPI checking and make sure achieve RED search index target; + Support on 3 key bursts of Marketing campaign including campaign brief, agency pitch, proposal and aligh with key stakeholders on detailed out-site/in-site media synergy like exchage for EC IP. + Work with design agency on brand asset development including SPP, KV, brand video, etc. + Monthly competitor analysis including 4P like product positioning, ingredient, benefit, pricing,etc. **REQUIREMENTS:** **Industry experience** **s** : + Food or Healthcare Nutrition industry experience preferred **Position experiences:** + At least 1-2 years of sales experience & related experience in digital or E-commerce marketing is preferred. **Language Skills:** + Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English **Language Skills:** + Excellent command of spoken and written of Chinese and English **Computer Skills:** + Familiar usage of Microsoft Office Software; **Mobility:** + ~ 25% of time will be on business trip **Other Special requirement:** + Proactive, energetic and customer-oriented Open mind, internal share experience with good team spirit; + Result driven + Accountability + Learning agility + Team work An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
