Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Work with Sr. Marketing Manager to develop product strategies to obtain targeted product market share KOL Development Work with thought leaders/clinical investigators to gain valuable feedback for improving design of the product line Determine customers’ needs and product pricing by specifying the research needed to obtain market information Management support for major National & International Exhibitions and trade fairs Masimo Working Group (MKWG) Preparation Assess market competition by comparing Masimo products to competitors’ products. Assess product/market data by calling on customers with salespeople and assessing marketing positioning effectiveness Assist the launch of new products to market with development programs Assist in the training of other employees regarding product features, benefits and positioning Assist with coordination of speakers and key opinion leader meetings Support for distributors trainings meetings General reporting and data analysis as needed KMDIA Reporting Marketing Materials (Brochure / Display Kit / Booth Design…) Marketing promotional tool development Provide assistance with presentation preparation as needed Invoices and other budgetary items through Coupa Support Sr. Marketing Manager with day-to-day projects as needed Perform other duties or special projects as assignedQualifications:
Two to Five years of related experience Positive attitude Ability to work well within a team environment and independently Prior experience working within a Marketing organization and/or medical device company Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be detail-oriented and flexible
