We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our Health & Nutrition marketing team, where you'll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling attendee promotions for our premier trade show events. This position offers an exciting opportunity to blend creative marketing campaigns with data-driven audience engagement within the SupplySide portfolio.
Responsibilities
Marketing Execution
Drive the implementation of comprehensive marketing plans for trade shows and specialized sessionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative audience development initiativesLead multi-channel promotional campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and maximum impactDigital Marketing & Communications
Spearhead email marketing campaigns, from creation to completionManage and grow social media presence across platforms for trade shows and content brandsDesign and implement targeted pre-sale and post-sale attendee promotionsAudience Development & Data Management
Partner with the audience development team to maintain data integrity and grow attendee baseAnalyze audience metrics to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign performanceEvent Support & Coordination
Provide on-site marketing support at Health & Nutrition trade showsCoordinate real-time social media coverage during eventsCollaborate with event teams to ensure seamless marketing executionCross-Functional Collaboration

2+ years proven experience in event marketing or related fieldStrong digital marketing capabilities, especially in email and social mediaExcellent project management and organizational skillsExperience with marketing automation platforms (Eloqua preferred)Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong attention to detail and proactive behavior and attitudeAbility to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environmentComfortable working on multiple projects with ability to meet short deadlinesAbility to travel for trade shows and industry eventsProficient in the use of Microsoft365, including Word, PowerPoint, and ExcelAdditional InformationWe believe that great things happen when people connect face-to-face.
