This individual contributor role is responsible for creating and executing digital content, marketing strategies and campaigns, creating a body of content to improve our company’s/content’s search ranking, drive traffic and engagement with the First Student/Charter websites and maximize ROI for paid search and digital advertising.
Major Responsibilities
Craft tailored and dynamic content which is aligned with overall business objectives and reflects First Student’s style and voice.Grow and nurture our customer/prospect base by working with marketing, digital agencies, communications and sales to identify content opportunities and to create and deliver relevant, impactful content across channels.Develop and manage SEO/organic search, paid search and digital advertising strategies for increased prospect awareness and lead generation.Oversee websites and work with First Student / Charter team and external agencies to propose, plan, execute and communicate content developments and quality / performance enhancements. Continually monitor websites in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current and pages are free of errors.Continually test content formats and distribution channels to determine the optimal approach to reaching and engaging various segments of First Student’s target audiences.Routinely assess and report on digital marketing effectiveness across all channels with clear recommendations and thoughtful plans for continuous improvement.
