Marketing Specialist
**Role Summary** The Region Sales and Marketing Specialist supports the Sales Operations and Marketing teams in the Company Southern Region. Responsibilities include sales/marketing performance reporting, Region and Dealer meeting planning, coordination of the Dealer Advertising Groups (DAGs) activities, including but not limited to; assisting with creation, planning and coordination of DAG meeting schedules/meetings, reviewing and auditing DAG/dealer websites, oversight of the regional vehicle fleet, and supporting event and sponsorship planning and activation. An understanding and/or prior luxury automotive experience is preferred. Must have an advanced understanding of Microsoft Office products, specifically PowerPoint and Excel. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, positive, resourceful self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate must be able to interact with various types of clients, including corporate, regional, dealership personnel, consumers, and external partners. This is a full-time position and is home-based. **Role Responsibilities** Provide sales & marketing support for the Company Southern Region, the Area teams, and the Region DAGs (Dealer Advertising Groups). Support can include but is not limited to: § Provide Field Teams with daily/weekly/monthly dealer performance reporting (new & used sales, distribution, marketing, loyalty, CSI, etc.) § Ad hoc reporting and analysis in support of sales & customer experience functions § Management of Region Meeting coordination, Monthly Region Playbook, Incentive Exception requests, Region team/Dealer contact lists, & Region Vacation Tracker § DAG Meeting Planning (including schedule development and meeting coordination) § Tier II and Tier III website auditing § Identify and evaluate event and partnerships opportunities § Experiential planning and activation, including ideation, site checks, vendor management, onsite execution, and management § Collaborate with partner agencies on campaign support and create dealer assets when necessary § Ideation, planning and execution of dealer toolkits associated with Company Sales Events and product launches § Assist with regional and dealer check requests, contract routing and purchase orders § Support dealers and field team with media and retail assets requests § Management of marketing fleet, including the coordination of vehicle transportation Preparation and collaboration on monthly newsletters highlighting current media and marketing initiatives. **Qualifications** **Required** § 1-5 years of relevant experience § Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) § Expert Microsoft Excel proficiency for complex data analysis § Excellent interpersonal and communication skills § Project management and implementation skills § Passion for the Company brand and desire to be part of the luxury automotive industry § Strong teamwork, presentation skills, and able to work with all management levels § Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason, creative and strategic § Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook § Resource management § Self-motivation § Flexibility **Desired** § Expert knowledge in Tableau and Sequel § Experience in luxury sales and marketing § General understanding of automotive business processes in corporate and field organization § General knowledge of domestic & import luxury model ranges § Relevant retail or corporate automotive experience § Resource management **Work Flexibility** § Full-time contract position in Company Southern Region § Home Office Based, fully remote position § Travel requirement = 20% **About US Tech Solutions:** US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
