THE JOB
The Integrated Marketing team at Live Nation develops strategic, insight-driven partnerships that connect brands with the power of live music. This role offers early-career professionals a hands-on opportunity to learn the business of sponsorship marketing by supporting the creation of compelling brand campaigns for prospective corporate partners. You’ll build fluency in Live Nation’s sellable assets and capabilities, contribute to marketing proposals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to help drive new business growth.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Learning and Knowledge
Develop a professional presence by engaging in team meetings, one-on-one sessions, and collaborative work streams with curiosity and accountability.
Observe internal and external presentations to build skills in storytelling, public speaking, and proposal delivery.
Pursue learning opportunities across marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Keynote, Word, Excel) to enhance day-to-day effectiveness.
Support the Integrated Marketing team’s project intake and briefing process by observing and contributing to new project kickoffs and strategy sessions through detailed note-taking.
Conduct desk and social research on prospective brands or categories to inform strategic recommendations and identify key voice, tone, and positioning cues.
Program and Proposal Development
Assist in the development of brand marketing campaigns for prospective advertisers, leveraging Live Nation properties, products, and experiences, and capabilities.
Draft and refine parts of marketing proposals, one-sheets and/or sales collateral, including copywriting, presentation design, and sourcing visuals in alignment with brand narratives.
Translate internal research and fan insights into actionable ideas and campaign concepts.
Contribute to the creation of detailed program budgets aligned to client goals and internal pricing guidelines.
Communication and Relationship Building
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to support workflow, timelines, and communication for pitch development.
Maintain team documents and templates that support proposal development, process efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
0-1 years of experience in marketing, advertising, media, or consumer promotions, preferably in an agency or brand-side environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with experience balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-driven culture.
High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and Apple Keynote for creating visually compelling presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field—or equivalent relevant experience.
