Marketing
Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies.
Conduct sales/product training for distributors.
Perform market research, product evaluation, and competitor analysis.
Gather and analyze customer feedback for product improvement.
Manage product complaints and support customer satisfaction.
Organize promotional activities: workshops, exhibitions, product presentations.
Initiate and implement sales strategies.
Conduct sales analysis and forecast sales/inventory.
Prepare quotations and tender documents.
Manage consignment stock.
Regularly visit hospitals and healthcare professionals for product promotion.
Handle digital marketing activities (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
Support Marketing Manager in daily operations.
Management
Identify and report business opportunities in target markets.
Collaborate with the sales team for product launches and promotional initiatives.
Manage marketing samples, materials, and promotional funds.
Work with Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliance and product qualification.
Follow supervisor instructions and support cross-functional objectives.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Admin, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ marketing/sales experience in the medical industry.
Strong analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Independent, self-motivated, and capable of leading teams.
Effective multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
