**Description and Requirements**
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Content & Communication Management**
+ Plan and execute product and service launches for Lenovo SSG offerings.
+ Align GTM strategies and priorities with Sales Enablement and Business Managers
+ Coordinate the localization and execution of solutions campaigns and marketing content in Spanish and Portuguese, aligned with global/regional campaigns.
+ Lead the development of customer success stories in collaboration with sales teams
+ Support external communication efforts targeting both channels and end customers.
+ Execute internal communications across LA teams.
+ Manage internal content platforms and tools
**Operational Follow-Up & Execution Tracking**
+ Maintain detailed documentation of campaign executions (Proof of Execution / PoE).
+ Track content and campaign performance, supporting reporting efforts and KPI dashboards.
+ Ensure deadlines, approvals, and deliverables are met across stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with global and local teams to align timelines and share progress reports.
**Skills & Qualifications:**
+ Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
+ 3+ years of experience in content creation and/or marketing operations.
+ Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
+ Advanced Excel knowledge
+ Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
+ Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
