The Marketing Specialist will work with the Country Brand Manager/Lead ensuring excellent execution and adequate follow-up on the following items:                                                     

Support in brand plan development and executionDevelop promotional materials (branded and unbranded) based on applicable reference for MOH submission and follow up the submission processTracking field force situation (include sales, tender, customer insights, updated information from guidelines/ hospitals/ KOLs, …) and enhance cross-functional conversation to resolve problems/ improve product performanceEstablish relationship with KOLs to understand customer insights, find unmet medical needs and communicate topics/ content for their presentations in Pfizer activitiesInnovative thinking and propose for brand strategies and action plan

Qualification

Open to graduates of Marketing and/or Pharmacist University degree disciplineExperience working in Pharmaceutical Representative OfficesFluency in spoken and written English and Vietnamese/Thailand (depending on market assignment)Familiarity with Microsoft OfficePresentable with a positive attitude and pleasant personalityWillingness to put in long hours of work and achieve planned objectivesCreative thinking, planning and execution of multiple tasks, projectsDemonstrated capabilities and traits for career path agility to progress to other key roles
