We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist, In-Store Marketing to help bring those everyday moments to life through impactful, customer-centric communication that drives awareness, traffic, and sales across our national network of stores. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, Shopper Marketing and In-Store Experience, you’ll lead the planning, development, and execution of in-store marketing programs and point-of-purchase (POP) campaigns across print and digital (Gulp Media Retail Network) touchpoints. This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, has a passion for levelling up on-site experiences, loves bringing fun to all customer interactions, a natural collaborator, thrives on deadlines, and is passionate about connecting with customers through clear, creative, and engaging retail messaging. You’ll work closely with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure campaigns are produced accurately, distributed on time, and executed flawlessly in-store. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: + Develop and execute monthly in-store POP kits, signage programs to support national campaigns across all store locations—from creative brief to in-store execution. + Execute marketing programs for new store openings, helping drive awareness and traffic through launch campaigns and community-focused initiatives. + Partner with operations, marketing, and merchandising to develop and execute on-site events and activations aligned to our strategic goals of being fun, positioning ourselves as a QSR and beverage destination. + Lead the execution of national on-site food sampling programs to drive trial and acquisition of customers and improve perceptions of food freshness & quality. + Manage and support in the launch of Canada’s Gulp Media program (retail media network), managing day-to-day operations and collaborating with agency partners. + Execute shopper marketing programs and vendor-funded activations that increase customer engagement, visit frequency, and basket size. + Responsible for tracking performance of in-store programs and develop recap reports with learnings, recommendations, and insights for future optimization. + Develop on-site customer journeys to inform on-site experience strategy and signage/digital experiences. + Maintain POP inventory, order forms, and store communication tools to ensure stores receive what they need, when they need it. + Lead test-and-learn initiatives for signage formats, digital displays, and fixture-based communication + Provide clear and timely updates to internal stakeholders and field teams to drive flawless execution at store level. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: EDUCATION: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 4+ years YEARS OF MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE: NA CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES: NA SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: + Degree in Marketing, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field. + 4+ of experience in marketing, retail marketing, shopper marketing, QSR, or production/project coordination (agency or in-house). + Experience in digitizing on-site experiences that delight customers, drive conversion and improve brand experience. + Experience in building customer journeys and strategic skills to think outside-the-box to reimagine on-site experience. + Proven skills in working with multiple stakeholders, vendors and internal and external vendors/agencies. + Strong project management and organization skills—you’re the kind of person who thrives on details and timelines. + Clear written and verbal communication skills. + A lover of all things customer-experience and willingness to challenge the status quo and build innovative experiences on-site. + Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. + A collaborative approach and a proactive attitude. + Experience in retail or QSR environments is a strong asset. + Comfortable working within a Microsoft environment, project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet) + There role may require you to be on-site at stores at about 1-2 times a week on certain weeks, to support projects.
